The Pain Treatment & Wellness Center is proud to provide the following services to the community at fair and reasonable rates.

NOTE: These fees reflect the cost of those who pay at the time service is rendered. All cases covered by a third party, such as auto insurance, work comp, personal injury, etc are subject to charges which reflect usual customary and reasonable rates (UCR).
